The modern leadership
I have taken a lot of inspiration from my own leadership training that I attended at IFL Kämpasten for 10 weeks, Integrated leadership (2005). After that, I worked as a leader and manager for many years.
My arrangement is slightly adapted depending on who comes and can focus on leadership as well as reducing stress. Boards and management groups are also warmly welcome. The courses in painting in particular are creative and developmental. If you have the courage, it is incredibly powerful to take the basic course in "Go Alive" together. I have personally experienced how a little rigid it can be and how difficult it is to dare to open up with each other, but when it happens, it is so liberating and we often dare to be ourselves more even at the company.
Since I myself have been both responsible for large projects and worked as a section manager at AFRY so I know how liberating and appreciated this type of course usually is. Daring to give its employees the opportunity to go deep with themselves is both brave and inspiring for the company.
As a leader, having the courage to meet your employees and learn more requires courage but pays off in the long run as it creates room for trust and development. Through strong leadership, well-being as well as productivity will increase and my personal belief is that it is the modern leadership that will win in the long run.
